What to Expect

Treat yourself and Mom to gift that keeps on giving:

1 month of weekly exercise classes to keep her strong and thriving! Each 45-min class will focus on building a lasting exercise program to improve strength & balance. Classes include seated and standing exercises, which is perfect for beginners. Sessions are interactive and comfortably-paced. Sign up now as space is limited!

❋ Patient-Centered Convenience 

Transportation is one of the largest obstacles preventing seniors from getting their needed exercise. This class brings accessible workouts directly to the comfort of their own home!

❋ Collaborative Energy & Support

Isolation among seniors is often connected with health decline. The social aspect of the class is intended to promote family connections, emotional support, and to help decrease stigma around disability and aging.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Classes will be catered to participants’ skill level with safety modifications. Exercises will gradually progress over the course of 4 weeks to minimize risk and muscle soreness while adequately challenging group members.

❋ Intentional Structure

Classes are led by Dr. Lin, a licensed Physical Therapist and geriatric exercise specialist with over 11 years of experience. He connects exercise with education to help patients understand what exercises are for and how they will help everyday movements.
